Transfinder Presented with School Districts at the NAPT Summit
Schenectady, NY – October 26, 2009 – Transfinder today announced that at the NAPT Summit (National Associations for Pupil Transportation), being held in Louisville from October 31-November 4, 2009, the company will give joint presentations in its Booth #709.
Presentations are scheduled with school district personnel who have successfully integrated GPS into Transfinder’s transportation management software solutions. They begin on Tuesday, November 3rd at 2:00 p.m. with Everyday Solutions; at 3:00 p.m. with Synovia; and at 4:00 p.m. with Zonar. The presentations conclude on Wednesday, November 4th at 9:30 a.m. with 247Security.
Antonio Civitella, president and CEO of Transfinder, said, “This is a great opportunity for school district personnel nationwide to hear from GPS hardware providers about the benefits of their systems and how our software integrates with each of them. The presentations afford an opportunity to hear from fellow transportation directors, who have experienced the benefits first hand of using routing software with GPS systems to increase efficiencies in their transportation operations.”
Trade show activities at Booth #709 also include a special unveiling of Transfinder’s first browser-based solution for fleet maintenance, which is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., following the presentation by 247. According to Civitella, “This is an exciting new platform from Transfinder that responds to the needs of transportation directors for a browser-based solution to more easily and efficiently keep their fleets at peak performance and safety levels.”
Transfinder also will be hosting a cocktail reception on the first night of exhibits, Monday, November 2 at 6:30 p.m. in the Kentucky Ballroom of the Louisville Marriott Downtown. This is an open invitation event to all attendees of the conference.
