Technical Support Specialist
Seeking energetic individuals with 1-3 years of Technical Customer Service Experience. Candidates must have the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues via telephone and web. Excellent written and communication skills are required.
Proven Salesperson
Transfinder is seeking a proven salesperson with a track record of exceeding personal and corporate goals while at the same time meeting the highest expectations of our clients. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years direct sales experience in a technology-based company, and has a clear understanding of the value of applying technology to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Additional capabilities include strong presentation skills, an outgoing personality, and willingness to take personal initiative as well as work as part of a team.
Software Developer
Seeking energetic individuals with two or more years of software developer experience. Candidates must have experience in Visual Studio, MS Access and SQL Server.
Applications Specialist
As a member of the Implementation & Training Department, the Transfinder Applications Specialist will work closely with new and existing clients, providing customized and detailed training across all Transfinder product lines. The Application Specialist is responsible for training their assigned clients on all components of a Transfinder software purchase. They will work closely with Implementation Coordinators, Internal Sales and Customer Support teams, collaborating on projects and providing status of open projects.
