BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Bismarck Public Schools (BPS), ND has finally unveiled its busing Stopfinder app.
The administration hoped to launch the app when the school year started, but weeks of technical issues postponed its release.
With the app, parents can get geographic alerts when the bus is running early, late or is pulling up to the student’s neighborhood stop.
“We really believe the app gives that confidence, that peace of mind to parents so that when they send their child out their door, they know the bus is in their pick up zone before they get to their stop,” said BPS Superintendent Jeff Fastnacht.
Parents can use the app’s message center to alert BPS administration and Harlow’s Bus Service that their child is not riding the bus that day and to submit busing questions and concerns.
