Our Support Team delivers responsive, knowledgeable assistance from product experts who understand your environment and workflows. Regular Support hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM – 7 PM ET, with expanded hours during peak operation periods to support districts as they prepare for back to school. Transfinder offers multiple methods of contacting our Support team:

- Hotline (weekly throughout the year and twice a day during the busy summer months)
- Community: Check our Community Portal with hundreds of self-service resources (videos, help guides, release notes, webinars and more.
