Schenectady, NY and Ridgeland, MS– May 19, 2025 – Transfinder Corporation is pleased to announce Madison County Schools in Mississippi has selected Transfinder’s award-winning routing solution Routefinder PLUS to create the safest and most efficient routes for its students.

Madison County Schools is one of the fastest-growing and top-rated schools in the state. The school has more than 13,000 students, ranking it the fifth largest in Mississippi.  

The district’s contractor previously used Versatrans but made the switch to Transfinder technology at the district’s request.

In addition to PLUS, Madison County Schools purchased Tripfinder for field trips, Infofinder i for student routing information and Viewfinder to monitor their transportation operation. 

“We have been looking at ways to run a more efficient and modern operation, and after researching multiple avenues, we felt Transfinder would be the perfect partner,” said Justin Mitchell, transportation director and warehouse director at Madison County Schools.
