Transfinder Expands Role of Two Directors to Focus on Clients

Transfinder, a national leader in student transportation management systems, today announced that it has expanded the role of Patrick Longo and Frank Gazeley. Longo was promoted from Director of Implementation and Training to Director of Client Services where he now oversees all client services, from implementation and training through technical support. Gazeley was promoted from Sales Consultant to Director of Client Relations where he oversees a team of account executives, who work closely with clients to assist them in using the company’s solutions and services to find efficiencies and cost savings in their transportation operations. Both directors are members of the company’s leadership team.

Prior to joining Transfinder, Longo served as training and educational marketing manager and training and installation project manager for BlueChip Solutions, a sales and customer experience-focused consulting firm in Charlotte, NC and Denver, CO. He has also worked in education as coordinator of workforce development and an adjunct professor at Schenectady County Community College. Longo is a graduate of the State University at Brockport and holds his M.A. and B.S. degrees in English/Creative Writing.

Gazeley brings more than 20 years experience in business development and client satisfaction within the software industry to his role at Transfinder. Prior to joining Transfinder Gazeley worked as Director of Sales and Marketing and VP, Business Development for IA Systems, an international software company providing loan origination programs. In his new role, Gazeley works in close collaboration with Transfinder’s development, client services, and professional services teams, as well as industry partners to ensure that the company’s clients have the products and resources needed to meet their day-to-day challenges.
