The HR Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support our employees' growth and development.

Job Responsibilities:

Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Texas or New York (Flexibility to work remotely)

Overview 

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) plays a crucial role in ensuring that Transfinder delivers top-notch cloud-based software solutions to our clients. This position combines software engineering and systems administration to enhance our essential infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and performance. The Senior SRE will work closely with development and operations teams to design, implement, and optimize highly available, secure, and cost-effective cloud environments.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Architect and Implement Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure solutions leveraging AWS and other cloud technologies.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior SREs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reliability through process automation and optimization.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with an IaC tool such as Terraform.

Overview
Transfinder, a leading software provider for Transportation Management Systems, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Product Owner to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with the development teams, Scrum Masters, UI/UX Designers and internal stakeholders. The Product Owner will be responsible for gathering requirements and working with the UI/UX Designers to design new features and products. They will prioritize items within the backlog, sprints and releases and participate in refinement, planning and review meetings with the Development teams.

They will report directly to the Director of Software Development while working closely with other developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and QA. The developer will be responsible for supporting existing products as well as working on enhancements and new products while adhering to best practices and the standards in place.

Regional Sales Representative
Location: Schenectady, NY (Flexibility to work remotely)

Transfinder, a national leader in transportation management software for school districts in the United States and Canada, is seeking highly motivated individuals familiar with MS Office tools to expand the team.   • Follow up on leads with Sales Consultants to close business
